Katherine “Kitty” (Randolph) O’Neill has been practicing and building her unique set of modalities since graduating from Vermont Institute of Massage Therapy in 1996. Like all things in life, one thing led to another. After being exposed to energy work in massage school, Kitty became fascinated with Reiki and the idea of the energy of the body. The Study of Reiki energy led to an extensive acupressure training with the Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure™ foundation. As one of the components of Jin Shin Do is understanding and working with the trance state to release physical tension and pain, learning hypnosis was her next step.
In 2000 Kitty moved from Vermont to Sarasota and studied further at Sarasota School of Massage Therapy obtaining NCBTMB certification. Next came the Neuromuscular Therapy training, two different schools for two different styles and focus, and both, invaluable. Facilitation Inhabitation Therapy was the next add-on and she is currently studying for certification in Cranial Sacral Therapy. Along the way Kitty also completed her Reiki Master training and enjoys teaching and passing that gift along to others.

Kitty says about her career, “The most amazing thing is that all the bodywork modalities can stand alone or work together seamlessly offering such varied and effective treatment options for each individual and their unique set of needs and goals. I never could have planned how such a varied curriculum of study could turn into such a powerful toolbox. When the student is ready the teacher definitely appears.”
